FUNERAL MIST set release date for new NOEVDIA album

On December 17th, NoEvDia will release Funeral Mist‘s highly anticipated fourth album, Deiform.

The inimitable Funeral Mist – one of the most iconic bands on the NoEvDia roster – has delivered unto us Deiform. Seven musical pieces contemplating the nature of divinity and mortal existence through the fiery lens of black metal.

As did the three past albums, Deiform exhibits a completely different approach to sound production compared to its predecessor. Nevertheless, from the first song to the last, the source of this multi-layered madness is unmistakable; all the classic Funeral Mist characteristics are present. Ambitious interludes, which are impressive compositions in their own right. Innovative use of various samples, which become a living, breathing part of the music. And frenzied oration delivered by what many believe to be the best and most versatile vocalist in black metal. All culminating in spiritual violence in its crudest form.

Deiform is a holistic experience, in the sense that music, art, and photography – all deriving from the project’s mastermind, D Rostén – is connected, and thereby best experienced in unison.

Full album stream to be revealed the day of release. Cover and tracklisting are as follows:

DOMJORD sets release date for new VIDFARE album – project of FUNERAL MIST mainman

On November 13th, Vidfare Productions (a division of NoEvDia) will release Gravrost – the second album of DomJord. D Rostén delves further into the minimalistic yet immersive electronic sounds explored on the project’s debut.

“This time, I took the easy route by drawing most of my inspiration from a place far closer to home, resulting in a musical journey oozing with apocalyptic gloom and existential despair,” he explains. “Gravrost is an odyssey in seven chapters, guiding the listener through ominous landscapes of rust-laden ruins, barren ground, and the thick black fog of burning oil. In other words, the perfect soundtrack to the death of a civilisation – perhaps from a forgotten past, perhaps in the foreseeable future.”

Enjoy!

Full album stream to be revealed the day of release. Cover and tracklisting are as follows:

Tracklisting for DomJord’s Gravrost
1. Övergång [7:22]

Swiss Black Metal band Lvx Hæresis release their new album Descensŭs Spīrĭtŭs

Born on the ashes of a previous obscure project, LVX HÆRESIS began in MMXIII with DH (Vocals and Guitars) and W (Bass). Quickly the duo progressed into as same spiritual and artistic path as the former project. Later, N (Drums) joins the covenant, and with this line-up they released a self-produced Single limited to 200 pieces. This single received good returns consulting the path that the horde took.
Six months later, V (Guitars) and III (Guitars) joined the band and took part on the composition of the next album, retreating themselves in studio to record their future LP “Descensŭs Spīrĭtŭs“, scheduled to be released under Atavism Records.

The coven played their first gig on the 13th of May (2016) with Temple of Baal and Déluge. Since then, Lvx Hæresis shared the stage with bands like Regarde les Hommes Tomber, Svart Crown and Malepeste. And very recently on 13th april, they opened the gig for Dark Funeral.

The band is oriented in a ritualistic and hypnotic Black Metal devoted to the occult worlds in the vain of artists such as Mortuus, Ondskapt or Funeral Mist. The formation is a strong entity of one only soul, driven in the same direction. Black metal has magnificently developed in terms of both music and spiritual direction over the last decade, and Lvx Hæresis is great addition amongst those very few bands who are precisely having strong spiritual path as well as phenomenal musicianship. Organic production, devilish vocal, appropriate drumming, dark bass tone, death evoking riffs — existence of these feature showcase the caliber of the musicianship.
